AI-Assisted YouTube Channel Management

MillsGuild YouTube Assistant is a private YouTube channel-management and content-automation tool operated by MillsGuild LLC.

The application is built using the open-source TubeAssistant project and is designed to help authorized YouTube channel owners streamline their video-production workflow.

What the Application Does

MillsGuild YouTube Assistant can connect to an authorized YouTube channel in order to:

  • Read basic channel and video information

  • Access YouTube Analytics and performance data

  • Analyze the performance of previously published videos

  • Assist with topic and content strategy

  • Generate video scripts and supporting content

  • Create titles, descriptions, tags, and other video metadata

  • Create or prepare video thumbnails

  • Upload videos to an authorized YouTube channel

  • Schedule or publish videos

  • Monitor video performance to improve future content decisions

The application only accesses a YouTube account after the account owner grants permission through Google's OAuth authorization system.

Why We Request Google and YouTube Access

Google and YouTube permissions are requested solely to provide the channel-management features described above.

The application does not request or store your Google or YouTube password.

Access can be revoked at any time through your Google Account permissions.

AI-Assisted Processing

Some content-generation features may use third-party artificial-intelligence providers selected by the operator. Limited information or performance context may be provided to those services when necessary to generate scripts, content ideas, titles, descriptions, or other requested content.

Google authentication credentials and OAuth tokens are not intentionally shared with AI providers.
