Google and YouTube Services

The application uses Google and YouTube API Services. Your use of those services is also subject to the applicable Google policies and YouTube Terms of Service.

You may revoke the application's access to your Google or YouTube account at any time through your Google Account settings.

AI-Generated Content

Some content may be created or assisted by artificial intelligence. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before publication and for determining whether it is accurate, appropriate, and lawful.

MillsGuild LLC does not guarantee views, subscribers, monetization, revenue, or any specific channel performance.

Intellectual Property

You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to any materials you provide to or publish through the application.

MillsGuild LLC retains ownership of its branding, software configuration, documentation, and other proprietary materials.

Availability and Liability

The application is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or error-free results.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MillsGuild LLC is not responsible for losses resulting from service interruptions, third-party platforms, account restrictions, deleted content, lost revenue, or decisions made based on generated content.

Changes

These Terms may be updated as the application or its services change. Continued use of the application after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
